Helping Hands- Bethany Warren's 6th Grade Homeroom and 6-8th Grade Math
Mrs. Bethany’s classroom is designed to foster a balance of support, challenge, and meaningful learning. In this space, students are encouraged to think critically, ask questions, and engage deeply with mathematical concepts to build lasting understanding.
Instruction focuses on hands-on learning, problem-solving, and collaborative discussions that promote higher-order thinking. Rather than simply finding answers, students are guided to explore concepts, make connections, and develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.
A central goal of the classroom is to ensure that every student feels safe, valued, and comfortable taking academic risks. Students are challenged to grow, knowing they are supported every step of the way as they work toward reaching their full potential.
The classroom environment is intentionally structured to support engagement and collaboration, featuring group seating and interactive learning opportunities, with plans to incorporate flexible seating to meet a variety of learning needs.
