Helping Hands- Rebecca Key's Music (K-8)
Rebecca Key’s music classroom is a joyful, expressive space where students discover the power of music and performance. Teaching across multiple grade levels and serving as a 5th grade homeroom teacher, Rebecca brings warmth, talent, and enthusiasm to everything she does. She has a special ability to draw students in, helping them feel confident as they learn, perform, and grow.
Music at BDS is more than just a class, and Rebecca is at the heart of that experience. She leads the school’s performances, creating meaningful opportunities for students to share their talents and be part of something bigger than themselves. These moments are a treasured part of the BDS community and leave a lasting impression on both students and families.
Her classroom is a place where students are encouraged to participate, take risks, and enjoy the process of learning something new. Whether they are singing, playing instruments, or preparing for a performance, students are fully engaged and supported every step of the way.
Rebecca’s classroom reflects her belief that music builds confidence, community, and joy. It is a space filled with energy, creativity, and pride where every student has a chance to shine.
